    After discussing your optical-disc collection and receiving shipping instructions, mail your securely packaged discs to our Canadian centre for file extraction.

What if my media is physically damaged?

How are my recovered files handled?
Files transferred from optical discs are handled confidentially and kept temporarily during digitization. After confirmed delivery, copies are deleted unless you request otherwise. Read our privacy policy.
